Welcome to Swaiga, a gaming blog operated by Swaiga Studios, Inc. ("Swaiga", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Swaiga website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. We may change our pricing or subscription plans at any time. If we increase the price of your existing plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continued payment after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees. You may cancel your Premium Membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Swaiga in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including legal action, against any user who violates these acceptable use standards. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement without notice to you.
